Please feel free to contact us if what you are looking for is not on the site we will do our best to get this for you!  Our shop hours are 9am to 5pm - Monday to Saturday. We are closed for quality control on Sundays and public hoilidays.

We have a fully stocked retail store where you can call in and view our wide range of products and ask any questions you may have about brewing or just "how do I get started?"  You are also very welcome to come to our "Brewers Get Together" which is held on the last Thursday of the month at the store between 5pm - 8pm. Come for a chat and a drink, bring a friend!

Local/National Orders

We guarantee* during weekdays we will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, to be delivered by New Zealand Couriers door to door.  *Applies to current in stock items only. If we are out of stock we will contact you and let you know when the item is due in. Excludes Saturday Sunday and Public holidays.

We aim to keep in stock every item we carry but, very occasionally, we may be out of an item for a short period. If we cannot immediately fill your order, we will contact you to let you know when the product will be available or suggest an alternative.

Payment Methods

• Cheque - we will need to receive the cheque before we can release the order
• Credit Card - Visa and MasterCard (Purchase must be above $10-00 excluding Freight)
• Direct Credit - internet banking - please contact us for details
• EFTPOS available instore only
• We are unable to accept cash on delivery.

*We WILL NOT be adding any transaction fee to any credit card transaction

Shipping Charges

We use New Zealand Couriers for a fast efficient courier service.

For all bulk and large parcels we us Castle Parcels (see conditions below)

We can provide same day delivery in Wellington / Hutt Valley and Porirua if the order is received by 11.00am

Courier costs vary depending on weight and destination.

For Wellington, Kapiti, Palmerston North, Wanganui and Wairarapa the weight limit is 25kgs

For the remainder of the North Island and the whole of the South Island the weight limit is 10kgs

If the weight of the package is above those quoted we will ask for a portion of the delivery cost to be met by the customer.

Any order over $80 in the North Island in one package, subject to weight and size will be delivered freight free, any additional packages will incur courier fees

Any order over $100 in the South Island in one package, subject to weight and size will be delivered freight free, any additional packages will incur courier fees.

Rural delivery will incur a further cost subject to destination and weight.

Rest of the North Island   $15.50

For the North Island up to 10kgs $8.00

For the North Island up to 25kgs $10.50

New Zealand Couriers and Castle Parcels cannot deliver to a PO Box, delivery needs to be to a physical address.
