The British Series is a culmination of two years of development using only the finest malt extracts and highest quality yeasts. Our extracts have been through extensive screening and we have selected the most appropriate malt and genuine beer yeast strains for each beer style.

Each Duo pouch is cold filled using the latest nitrogen technology to provide the ultimate contamination protection. This low temperature process retains the delicate flavours and aromas traditionally lost during the pasteurisation of cans by prolonged eating and hot filling. The Duo-pack pouch has twin pockets, one for the yeast and one for the malt. When the top of the pouch is opened, the yeast sachet is removed from one side and the hopped malt extract is poured from the other side into the fermenter for brewing.

It is essential that you follow the instructions with these beer kits. If left in primary fermentation for too long, the yeast will drop out leaving too little for the bottle fermentation and thus very slow bottle carbonation.
