Grafter's Honey

Home Grafter's Honey
It all started in 2012,  when the shortage of bees and other pollinators in our neighbourhood sparked the interest to have an at home beehive. Sam had found himself hand-pollinating to keep his love and passion for fruitful gardens alive. Once getting the beehive, we, and the people close by were getting bumper crops of fruit, commenting on the bees getting work done. It brought people's gardens back to life!
We adore our bees. Little did we realise how interesting they were - over time the love has grown for these tireless little workers. We thought it would be nice to get people in touch with their local goodness provided by nature. Now we cover the wild and remote windy hills of Wellington, Hutt Valley and the Kapiti Coast. Pollinating the whole region, producing delicious native bush honeys and varying strengths of premium Manuka honey.  It is the bees and mother nature that is in charge!
 We believe in the power of the bees! Our priority is the health and happiness of the honey bee. We all know how hard the bees work! Just like our chief bee wrangler, Sam, always doing the hard graft! Hence our name;
