Originating in Iceland nearly 1,000 years ago Skyr is a low fat dairy product bursting with all the goodness of live cultures. The natural, additive free, homemade, deliciousness goes down a treat and can be eaten as sweet or savoury.

Once made, you can get as resourceful as the Icelandic Vikings and re-culture your Skyr twice to make up to 7.5 kg or 15 batches!
